Over many years, Just Refrigeration has been designing and building coolstores for various applications, varying in size from small restaurants and shops to large alcohol liquor outlets and process plants.

Customer - Independent Dairy Producers Ltd, East Tamaki - 8m x 8m x 3m for quick chilling and storing thousands of litres of milk.
We also carry out installations out of Auckland :
Customer - Cambridge Liquor, Cambridge - 4.8m x 3.6m x 2.4m for alcohol complete with a 4 large door passthrough, shelves and a boma door for people access. Equipment selection had to be based on people heat as well as numerous door openings and holding the alcohol at the optimum temperature.
Customer - Waiau Pa Store - 3.6m x 3.0m x 2.4m holding coolroom for various products. Conditions had to be based on different types of product to eliminate drying out the product or making some of the products too moist.
All our rooms are installed with pump down facilities, electronic controls and all protection controls to give our installations long life running. We do not compromise if we believe an oil failure switch, oil separator, crankcase heater, pressure relief valve or full or partial defrost is required, we will not omit these in order to achieve a cheaper price.
Our rooms are priced to include all electrical, correct lighting to OSH requirments, etc, which is carried out by our qualified electrician. We allow for unit huts and condensate drainage and we do not not exclude items in the fine print that you end up paying for later. All refrigeration is carried out by our own qualified engineers.
